Here are some helpful hints and pattern corrections.  If you have something to add, email info@auntiestwo.com with the pattern name/number and your tip.

AT101 – Bali Bowls
Be sure to sew rope to rope (not fabric to fabric) in your zig and zag stitch for strong and smooth sides

AT102 – Bali Bags
Shaping the sides is the most difficult part of the pattern. Make sure that you sew rope to rope (don’t just catch fabric in your zig or zag stitch) and that you are keeping the bottom of the bag vertical as you sew.  If the bag leans toward the sewing machine the top of the bag will angle inward.  If the bottom leans away from the sewing machine the top of the bag will angle outward.
If you want a large beachy bag purposely lean the bottom away from the sewing machine

AT104 – Bali Squared Bag
If your rectangle is not straight, this bag can be made smaller to allow you to square up your rectangle. For a 10” tall, 4” deep and 10” wide bag,  cut the sides 4” wide, then cut the front, back and bottom 24” long.
AT106 – Bali Briefcase
Just a reminder – at the end of the pattern, instructions are included for a fabric briefcase.
AT201 – Sebago Tote
Having difficulty finding pre-quilted fabric? Try fusing your own double sided fabric with Duo Fuse by Innovative Craft Products.
AT208 – Biscuit Basket
When weaving the sides, use clothespins instead of pins to keep strips in place. Use 1/4" seam throughout.
In the picture on page 2, please ignore the triangle. It is simply the continuation of the strip folded up and out of the way.
AT209 – Diamond Island Tote
Before binding your pocket, make sure it fits snuggly inside the liner.

AT212 – Bow n Go Bag
Don’t throw away the left-overs!!!! Check the Bow n Go Flip Flop Pattern below!
On page 7, to delineate pockets stitch seams from the bottom of the bag to the top of the pocket at desired intervals.

AT233 - Dufflette

Page 2: 4th line from the bottom of the paragraph cutting dimensions should be 2 1/4" (2 3/4", 3 1/4")

Options: For a tighter binding, cut Fabric A binding strips 2 1/4" wide.

AT239 - Getaway Bag
We tie the "ties" on the ends of the bag using a square knot. It's not stated in the pattern so we thought we'd clarify. You can certainly make the ties longer and tie a bow instead. Personalize your bag! We love it!
